CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY 341 MEETING AND QUESTIONS

When you file a chapter 7 bankruptcy you must attend 341 meeting of creditors. This meeting is held at 182 St. Francis St. Mobile, Al 36602 on the third floor. The Administrator and the trustee will ask you a series of questions many are listed below. 1. Do you own a home or any real estate? 2. Have you listed all your personal property? 3. Are you on the title to an automobile? 4. Have you closed any bank accounts in the last year? 5. Are you holding any property for another person? 6. Have you listed everyone you owe money? 7. Have you listed all income for the last three years? 8. Where you working when you filed? 9. Have you paid more than $600.00 at one time to any creditor in the last six months? 10. Have you repaid any money to family members in the last year? 11. Have you transferred title to ant real estate in the last two years? 12. Do you have any lawsuits you can bring against anyone or are you a member of a class action lawsuit?. 13. Do you stand to inherit any property in the next six months?
