YES, CHILD SUPPORT CAN BE MODIFIED TO BE INCREASED OR DECREASED DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE. 3. WHEN DOES CHILD SUPPORT STOP? GENERALLY AGE 19 BUT IT CAN BE CONTINUED OR TERMINATED DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCE. 4. CAN A PARENT BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR COLLEGE? YES, THE COURT HAS DISCRETION ON THIS ISSUE BUT YOU MUST FILE A MOTION BEFORE AGE 19. 5. CAN VISITATION BE CHANGED? YES, VISITATION CAN BE CHANGED BY THE COURT DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE. 6.
